The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Primary ECT to join a vibrant, two-form entry school in the heart of Ladywood. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the full Primary National Curriculum to a class of enthusiastic pupils, supported by an experienced year-group partner and a friendly leadership team. You will be encouraged to develop your teaching style in a nurturing environment that values creativity, initiative, and pupil wellbeing.
 
The Candidate
The school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher ready to make a positive impact in the classroom. You should have:

A degree in a relevant subject area

• QTS or be on track to achieve it by September 2025
• A commitment to delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Strong classroom presence and excellent communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from colleagues
