The Role
Take full responsibility for a Year 4 class. You’ll plan and deliver well-sequenced lessons, use assessment to drive progress, and build a calm, purposeful classroom culture. The Candidate
You’re an ambitious Primary ECT who’s reflective, organised and responsive to feedback.
You should have:
  • A degree in Education or a relevant subject area
  • QTS or be on track to achieve it by January 2026
  • Secure knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment
  • Clear communication and effective behaviour management
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional development
