The Role
Take full responsibility for a Year 4 class within a collaborative three-form structure. You’ll plan and deliver well-sequenced lessons, use assessment to drive progress, and establish calm, consistent routines. Shared planning, model resources and clear behaviour systems will help you make rapid impact from day one.
 
The Candidate
You’re a reflective, organised Primary ECT who’s ready for full class responsibility and keen to learn from feedback.
 
You should have:
  • QTS/PGCE or be on track to achieve it by January 2026
  • Secure knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment
  • Clear communication and effective behaviour management
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional development
