The Role
Lead learning in either Year 3 or Year 5. Plan and deliver clear, well-sequenced lessons. Use assessment to close gaps and drive progress. Build calm routines and a purposeful classroom culture. Contribute to year-group planning and moderation.
 
The Candidate

• Degree in Education or a relevant subject area
• QTS, or on track by January 2026
• Secure knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment
• Effective behaviour management and clear communication
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to professional development
