The Role
Teach within an EYFS class for pupils with a range of needs. Plan structured play, early communication and early number. Follow EHCP targets and use visual supports, sensory breaks and clear routines. Work with the SENCO, therapists and families to secure progress. Contribute to high quality recording and safeguarding.

The Candidate
- Degree in Education or a relevant subject
• QTS, or on track by January 2026
• Experience or strong interest in Autism, SLD or complex needs
• Calm, consistent and clear communication
• Team player with reflective practice
