The Candidate
The school is seeking a committed and reflective ECT who is passionate about delivering high-quality primary education. You should have:
 

• A degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be on track to achieve it by September 2025
• A passion for teaching across the primary phase (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
• A commitment to inclusive practice and pupil progress
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude towards professional development and collaboration
