The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Primary ECT to join a large, dynamic, and collaborative school community. The Candidate
The school is seeking a committed and reflective ECT who is passionate about delivering high-quality primary education. You should have:
- A degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be on track to achieve it by September 2025
- A passion for teaching across the primary phase (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
- A commitment to inclusive practice and pupil progress
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude towards professional development and collaboration
