The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Maths ECT to join a high-achieving Maths department with a strong leadership team and consistently excellent results. The successful candidate will teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 as experience develops. The department promotes innovative teaching strategies and provides extensive support to help ECTs make a strong start in their careers.
 
The Candidate
The school is seeking a motivated and resilient Maths ECT who is ready to thrive in a collaborative teaching environment. You should have:
 
  • A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
  • QTS or be working towards achieving it by September 2025
  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Maths
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A desire to contribute to a high-performing team and make a real impact
