The Role
Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4, delivering well-sequenced lessons that build fluency, reasoning and problem-solving. You’ll use assessment to inform planning, contribute to shared schemes of learning, and create a calm, purposeful classroom where every learner is challenged and supported. The Candidate
You’re a reflective Maths ECT who’s ready for full classroom responsibility and eager to learn from feedback.
 
You should have:
• A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject
• QTS or be on track to achieve it by January 2026
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching Maths
• Effective communication and behaviour management
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional development
