The Role
Teach English across KS3 and KS4. Plan, deliver and mark well-sequenced lessons that build analysis, vocabulary and extended writing. Use assessment to inform next steps, contribute to shared schemes of learning, and create a calm, purposeful classroom where every learner is challenged and supported.
 
The Candidate

• Degree in English or a closely related subject
• QTS, or on track by January 2026
• Strong subject knowledge across literature and language
• Clear communication and effective behaviour management
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to professional development
