The Role
Take full responsibility for a Year 2 class. Plan and deliver well-sequenced lessons across reading, writing and maths. Use assessment to identify gaps and adjust teaching. Build calm routines, promote independence and contribute to year-group planning and moderation.
 
The Candidate

• Degree in Education or a relevant subject
• QTS, or on track by January 2026
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessments
• Clear communication and effective behaviour management
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to professional development
