The Role
Teach a KS2 class for pupils with a range of needs. Plan clear, step-by-step lessons across English, Maths and wider curriculum. Follow EHCP targets. Use visuals, task chunking and sensory regulation. Work closely with the SENCO, therapists and families. Keep accurate records and safeguard diligently.
 
The Candidate

• Degree in Education or a relevant subject
  • QTS, or on track by January 2026
  • Experience or strong interest in Autism, SLD or complex needs
  • Calm, consistent communication and strong routines
  • Reflective, resilient and a committed team player
